On your arrival day, you can check in to single rooms and vacation apartments from 2:00 pm. On departure day, we ask that you check out of the rooms & apartments by no later than 10:00 am for cleaning. Thank you!

Free parking as well as carport spaces for your motorcycle are available right at our adventure farm in Radstadt, Austria.

Unsere gemütlichen Einzelzimmer sind mit Dusche, WC, einem Einzelbett, TV und gratis W-Lan ausgestattet.

The vacation apartments are furnished with double beds, some with a single bed, some with a sleeper sofa, a small, fully-equipped kitchenette (electric stove, Ceran cooktop, some with a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, silverware, dishes, etc.). Some vacation apartments have their own balcony.

We ask that you not smoke in the vacation apartments and single rooms. The guests who stay after you will appreciate it.

For an extra fee, we will bring daily fresh bread to the vacation apartment. On request and for an extra fee, you can feast from the morning breakfast buffet with delicious treats from the region.

Our adventure farm Kasparbauer is located ca. 2 km outside the town center of Radstadt – in so-called “Kaspardörfl”. Thanks to the quiet location, the farm is 100 % family-friendly! In ca. 100 m is the nearest bus stop for the ski & hiking bus, and the cross-country trail is ca. 150 m away. Numerous winter hiking paths lead past the farm.

For the kids, there is much to discover, for ex. the friendly petting animals. The campfire evening for children is also a special highlight at the farm.

After active vacation days, enjoy the warm rays of sunlight on our beautiful terrace and the vast sunbathing area with seating & loungers. Our garden hut is another highlight. Here you can refresh yourself with drinks and ice cream.

The nearest stop for the hiking & ski bus is 100 m away.

You can rent mountain bikes for children and adults free of charge.

Use our sauna, the solarium and the rest area with comfortable loungers to relax and unwind.

Numerous discounts and excursions in Salzburger Land are awaiting you with the free Salzburger Sportwelt Card.

Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Please let us know in advance so that we can reserve the right vacation apartment for you.

All vacation apartments & single rooms have free WLAN.

The local tax is not included in the mentioned prices.

For the final cleaning, we charge a one-time fee between € 35 and € 45.

We accept payments in cash, by EC card, and by credit card.

In case something happens, we recommend travel cancellation insurance, for ex. with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

The cancellation conditions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.
